Lease Pro

Matching tenants with agents and their properties.

LeasePro is a commercial property leasing tool. Tenants log on and create a Property Brief, which is then distributed to agents, inviting them to submit a proposal for relevant properties. The tenant then chooses which properties and agents they would like to engage with, and an introduction is made.

Lease Pro required two videos for the launch stage of their website. They engaged us to create an instructional video of how the website works, and another video aimed at commercial real estate agents, giving them an overview of the site and explaining what benefits they will gain.

Animation is a great tool for Explainer videos, as we were able to communicate complex ideas in an easy to understand and engaging way.

We used a mixture of animation, screen records and real vision for these videos, keeping with Lease Pro’s colour schemes and style.
